FABRICATION
Our three fabrication and product assembly shops strive to meet virtually any customer specifications to the most rigorous standards. Our experienced and skilled employees can provide finished products, job-shop work, OEM and after-market parts for a variety of industries.
The fabrication facilities meet strict customer standards through an ISO process for all work completed. This may include welding and fabrication from specialized prototypes to high quantity production.
We are qualified to ASME code Section IX and welders are certified within Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) codes. Welding capabilities range from the finest and most intricate work to the biggest, harshest, most demanding jobs.
Our expertise includes:
Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding processes are available for sensitive materials. Our employees have the required training, skills and experience to produce outstanding results.
Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques are available when the weld mist be protected from contamination and are performed by experienced welders.
Flux-core arc welding (FCAW) is available when greater welding penetration is required both in carbon and stainless steel.
