Who We Are
Our goal is to please our customers by providing a Quality Product, with On-Time delivery at a Fair Price.
We have developed a quality welding system that we can construct to AWS D1.1, ASME Section VIII Division 1, Section 1 and ASME B31.1 for shop and field locations. We hold an ASME "U" and "S" stamp and under the NBIC "R" stamp.
Our vast facility includes seven on-site buildings
One sheet metal shop with laser, CNC plasma, and rolling capabilities
Five fabrication shops with carbon, stainless, or aluminum capabilities
One machine and mill shop with multiple CNC machines
One paint and coatings shop
While capable of being a traditional "job shop", some 90% of all our work is authentic turnkey: from prototypes to full production of large inventory, most jobs remain in our facilities from start to finish.
History
In 1973, friends Bill Tolbert and Warren Smith opened an 800-square-foot job shop in east Tulsa. They provided sheet metal fabrication and welding services for a few customers, working tirelessly to keep their business growing. By 1975, their hard work and reputation for quality allowed them to construct an 8,000-square-foot building on 3.75 acres at S&T's current facility in Catoosa, Oklahoma. By 1980, Smith retired, selling his share of the growing company to his partner's sons, Gary and Ron Tolbert.
